A DongleLockbox is a security device the helps prevent theft or loss of a software dongle. 

What is a dongle?
A dongle is a small piece of hardware (photo of USB style dongle below) that connects to a computer, TV or other media device. Its typical purpose is to prevent unauthorized copying of software. Dongles are typically used by software companies that offer expensive, vertical market products (see below for examples). Other applications are streaming media players used on televisions.
How do I secure the DongleLockbox?
There are many ways to anchor a DongleLockbox. The steel cable loop located on the top of the device detaches so you can thread it through an anchor opening. The anchor can be a table leg, filing cabinet handle or a security anchor.

Is there a limit to what size dongle I can use?
Yes, the maximum length dongle that will fit in an original DongleLockbox is 2.1" (55mm), and in an XL model is 3.5" (89mm). This length is measured from the dongle's end to end.

Does the DongleLockbox come with a warranty?
Yes, the DongleLockbox comes with a limited lifetime warranty.
